Our coaching program differs in cost based on the length of time you sign up for as well as how you choose to pay.

Investing in your health and getting guidance and accountability for your goals is truly one of the best decisions you'll ever make! 

Great question! 

1-1 coaching is going to be the top tier option as it is 100% personalized plus you get hands on accountability and education. You don't get any customization or check ins with Strong by Sydney so if that is what you are looking for, coaching is the route you will want to take.

However, if you don't need as much accountability and guidance, Strong by Sydney is perfect for you! Or, if you just want to get your feet wet before fully committing to the investment of 1-1 coaching! 

You will still benefit greatly from SBS regardless as having structured and smart programming is a huge factor in your results. It also provides some baseline education to get you started.
