Kayla was able to achieve some amazing recomp to her body through the methods we used! We spent two phases in a deficit and two phases at maintenance focusing on building some new muscle. Her progress was insane and she didn’t have to do anything excessive or unsustainable to get it!

When I first started my fitness journey, I got lost in all the misinformation out there.

What started off as an innocent effort to better myself and gain some confidence in my body led to a consuming obsession around food & exercise that took over my life.

When I first started my fitness journey, I got lost in all the misinformation out there.

What started off as an innocent effort to better myself and gain some confidence in my body led to a consuming obsession around food & exercise that took over my life.

Sure, I lost weight.

But, I also lost a good relationship with food, my energy, my social life, my period, my freedom, and my love for life!

I was scared to eat out, felt guilt surrounding some of my favorite foods, and was in the gym 6-7 days a week (with minimal muscle gains to show for it).

I pretty much lived on cardio machines, and still never felt confident in myself.

That’s when I knew -

I needed to go about things a different way.

I started to challenge my beliefs and began to educate myself on not only what really works, but also what a true and holistic picture of health looks like that accounts for both body and mind.

Once I began ditching the endless cardio, taking proper rest days, fueling my body appropriately, and including foods I actually loved into my diet… everything changed. I saw INSANE progress, both physically and mentally. 

This experience is what led me into what is now my ultimate passion -

Helping women reach their goals successfully in a way that actually enhances their life and their health.
